1. Agreement to Terms

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and MyAuctionVerse, concerning your access to and use of the Services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. User Registration

You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate.

3. Purchases and Payment

We accept payment via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services.

Refund Policy: All purchases for digital plan access are non-refundable. Please use the Free Trial to evaluate the service before purchasing.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include:

• Systematically retrieving data to create a competing database.
• Circumventing security features or attempting to access restricted areas.
• Using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Using the Services for unauthorized commercial endeavors.
• Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, offensive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate (including but not limited to NSFW images, player photos, team logos, or auction backgrounds).

5. User-Generated Content & Auction Owner Responsibility

MyAuctionVerse allows auction owners to upload and manage content such as player names, player images, team logos, and auction backgrounds. Auction owners are solely responsible for all content uploaded to their auctions, including content added by participants through player submission forms.

As an auction owner, you agree to:

• Review and moderate all player entries, images, and team logos added to your auction before starting the auction.
• Ensure that no inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is present in your auction.
• Remove any content that violates these Terms immediately upon becoming aware of it.

MyAuctionVerse does not pre-screen or actively monitor user-uploaded content. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
