How long does it take for players to appear after being added?

Player data (like name and role) is added almost instantly. However, if you provide a Google Drive link for a player's image, our system needs to download, resize, and optimize it. This process typically takes 2-3 seconds per image.

For large CSV uploads, please allow a minute for all images to appear correctly.

How long do I have to complete my auction?

All auctions are expected to be completed within 15 days of creation. Auctions still in 'Draft' or 'Active' states after this period may be automatically marked as 'Completed'.

What are the limits of the Free Trial plan?

The Free Trial allows you to create one auction to test the platform. It has stricter limits on the number of teams and players compared to paid plans. Advanced features like CSV Upload and Custom Backgrounds are disabled.

What happens after I purchase a plan?

Your auction is created automatically within seconds of a successful payment. You will be redirected to your dashboard immediately to start adding teams and players.

What if the sport I want isn't listed?

We add new sports regularly! Contact us at support@myauctionverse.com with your request and a list of player roles (e.g., Goalkeeper, Striker), and we can often add it within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund?

As these are digital products with immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable. Please use the Free Trial to ensure the platform meets your needs before buying.

Can I reset my auction?

Yes, but only if you have Reset Allowances (included in paid plans). Resetting clears all bids and sold statuses, returning the auction to 'Draft'. Completed auctions cannot be reset.
