How long does it take for players to appear after being added?
Player data (like name and role) is added almost instantly. However, if you provide a Google Drive link for a player's image, our system needs to download, resize, optimize, and re-upload the image to our servers. This process can take a few seconds per image.
For a large CSV upload with many new images, please allow a few minutes for all images to be fully processed and appear correctly in your dashboard.
How long do I have to complete my auction?
All auctions are expected to be completed within **15 days** of their creation date. Auctions that are still in a 'Draft' or 'Active' state after 15 days may be automatically marked as 'Completed' by our system to ensure platform health.
If you have purchased a plan but need to schedule your auction for a later date beyond this 15-day window, please contact our support team at help.myauctionverse@gmail.com with your purchase details and intended auction date. We are happy to accommodate scheduled events.
What are the limits of the Free Trial plan?
The Free Trial plan is designed to give you a full experience of MyAuctionVerse's core functionality. It is limited to one auction per user and has limits on the maximum number of teams and players you can add.
Features like CSV Upload, Background Customization, and Public Submission Links are exclusive to our paid plans.
What happens after I purchase a plan?
After a successful payment, your auction is created automatically based on the name and sport you provided during checkout. This fulfillment process is handled by a secure webhook and is usually completed within a minute.
You will be redirected to a payment success page, and from there, you can navigate to your dashboard where your new auction will be ready for setup.
What if the sport I want isn't listed?
We are always expanding our list of supported sports and their specific player roles. If the sport you need for your auction is not available, please contact our support team at help.myauctionverse@gmail.com with the name of the sport and, if possible, a list of typical player roles (e.g., for Football: Goalkeeper, Defender, Midfielder, Forward).
We will review your request and work to add the new sport to our platform. Once it's available, you can then proceed with purchasing the right plan for your new auction.
Can I get a refund?
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, all purchases for digital plan access are final and non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to use the Free Trial to ensure MyAuctionVerse meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan.
Can I reset my auction?
The ability to reset an auction's progress depends on your plan. Paid plans may include a specific number of reset allowances. When an auction is reset, all bidding and player sale data is cleared, returning the auction to its 'Draft' state with the original teams and player pool intact.
Important: An auction can only be reset while it is in an 'Active' or 'Paused' state. Once an auction is fully marked as 'Completed' (either by finishing the player list or by automatic expiry), it cannot be reset. This is to preserve the final state of the event.
